Question 1

How do I send photos securely online?

Accepted Answer

A safe, private way is to use a private link that only the people you choose can open, and that disappears after a set time. With Gabyly you upload your photos or videos, choose how long the link should live (from a single view to no expiry), and share it by WhatsApp, email or any app. You can add a password, hide the download button, and erase everything with one tap.

Question 2

What is the safest way to share family photos and videos?

Accepted Answer

Avoid sending originals through public social feeds or unprotected chats, where copies live forever. Instead use a private, expiring link like Gabyly: media is stored in Europe, shown with a subtle watermark, and the link self-expires so it can't be re-shared endlessly. You also see how many times it was opened, without anyone's identity or location being tracked.

Question 3

How can I send photos that automatically expire or delete themselves?

Accepted Answer

Gabyly lets you set a lifetime for every link, 10 minutes, an hour, a week, or until you erase it. When the time is up, the link stops working and the files are removed.

Question 4

Can I share photos without making the other person sign up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With Gabyly the recipient just taps your link and views the memory in their browser, no account, no app install, no registration.

Question 5

How do I password-protect the photos I share?

Accepted Answer

When you create a Gabyly link you can add a password the viewer must enter before anything is shown, and combine it with an expiry time and a hidden download button.

Question 6

Can I create a shared album where several people add their own photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gabyly's collaborative albums let you invite family and friends and give each person their own permission, view only, or add their own photos and videos, all under one private link that can expire when you choose or have no expiry (Premium). You can also enable comments and reactions, and anyone can report inappropriate content.

Question 7

Does Gabyly have a built-in camera, filters and a way to hide faces?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can capture photos and videos directly inside Gabyly with zoom, an ultra-wide lens and photo filters, then share them privately in one step. You can also blur faces in a photo before sharing so you show a moment without exposing the people in it.
