We built Gabyly so that you — and only you — control your memories. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Your account email and name, the media you upload, and viewing metadata (IP, approximate location, timestamps) needed to keep your shares safe.
You can destroy any memory at any moment. When you do, the files are deleted from our servers. You may also delete your account entirely.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data or your photos. Ever. Your memories are not a product.
You choose EU or US storage. We do not move your data between regions without your consent.
